Note that enrollment necessitates a valid U.S. mailing address and identity verification. Successful completion of an account verification process is mandatory before fund transfers can occur. Bank transfers are facilitated through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and typically take between 2 to 4 days.

The Fancard Prepaid Mastercard® can be used at any ATM displaying the Mastercard or ACCEL® Acceptance Mark. It is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., St. Paul, MN 55103, Member FDIC, under a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Using this card constitutes acknowledgment of the terms and conditions outlined in the Cardholder Agreement.

Important information regarding opening a card account: In compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act, financial institutions and their affiliates are mandated to collect, verify, and store information identifying each individual who opens a card account, to combat funding terrorism and money laundering activities. This requires providing your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying details upon opening an account. Additional identification like a driver’s license may also be requested.
